mom needs prayers
morning, just laying here again inbed feeling depressed i am a alcoholic i have 2 teenage daughters and a wonderful alcoholic husband. life is great. except i dont know how to live without a drink. my kids need me to be sober i have to constantly be on call to drive or pick them up . but when im not i lose it there is no stopping me. alcohol consumes me . my faith is very stong im in a funk i need a purpose
Hi there. I was in your spot a few months ago. It is scary.
Have you done any reading? I read a book called "The Sober Revolution, Women Calling Time on Wine O'Clock" and it gave me the courage to try stopping. It was like reading about myself, and I realized I was not alone.
Keep checking in here. There is so much support and, again, you will find you are not alone. And changes can be made. It is not always easy, but it is always worthwhile.

There's many different approaches and methods of recovery around - here's some links to some of the main players:
