If you've had a relapse, those emotions are normal. Alcohol is a depressant and you may feel sad because you've let yourself down. But if you felt great about having a relapse, you wouldn' want to try to avoid the next one, would you? Good to have you back. Keep posting and tell us what you plan to do to get back into recovery.
