I think about it daily, but not obsessively.

Thursdays are our paydays. Coworkers were talking about going to the bar after work. Two of them didn't come to work today. Sucks to be them! I like my sober life and look forward to it daily.

Every day. Not all day long like I did in early recovery. But I try to go on this site daily, I go meetings and attend my IOP. I make a conscious effort to stay sober every day, therefore I think about it daily. It's not obsessive thinking but it's always there in the back of my head just like diabetes would be with a diabetic.

I'm at 25 days today. Weekends, specifically Friday and Saturday night, are very difficult for me. Sundays are pretty easy because I have Monday looming and I used to feel like crap from all the drinking and now I don't dread Mondays as much and I feel better about the Friday and Saturday that just passed and that I battled my way through them and remained sober. Weekdays, generally, are a breeze.
