Charliee, I have danced all my life. I began taking dancing lessons at age 4 and have never looked back. I LOVE dancing. And, I am so happy to turn up the music at home and dance. It's such a release, great exercise and it just feels amazing. If dancing is in your soul, don't let it go. It can get you through the worst of times.
