Newbie - day 4
Day 4 $ saved at least 48.00 on 4 bottles and not sure how many calories!
Thank you for the lovely welcome and words of encouragement! I went through my journal today from the last 2 years - it's to encourage me to lose weight (which is also a struggle) in it it screams of my struggles with wine!! I never realized how chronic it was til seeing it over 2 year time period! I would get to a point and say enough!!! And then fall back in.....over and over and over - it was also a fair account of just how much I was drinking.... granted my life is insanely stressful - but I need to be strong and just move away from it... I need help
Also I now have an upper respiratory infection.... Started yesterday sore throat body aches exhausted..... It doesn't seem like withdrawal from what I've read- just poor timing....

Congrats on four days!! You are coming over the first week midway hump The amount of money I'm saving is staggering as well. I hope your upper respiratory issue clears up soon. I picked one of those up over the weekend and I'm still dealing with the cough. Just think how much worse you would feel sick and hungover! Your timing to quit was spot on!
Hope you feel better! Also, be sure to get on here lots over the weekend. I'm always on A LOT on Friday and Saturday as those are my hardest days. I almost always come in the door Friday thinking "it's the weekend and nobody will know if I drink tonight" and then I get on here and the voice of reason kicks back in.
