I think I'm getting addicted to Sober Recovery!!! Well better than drinking anyway... (smile)

Kind of addicted myself. I'm on here every night until I go to bed. It's keeping me sober though, so I don't mind a bit

For me it's doing the next right thing, whether it's painting woodwork or holding the door for someone at a store. I find that getting out of myself and trying to make things a little better for others gives me a quiet satisfaction that's better and longer lasting than some chemical "high".

I suppose you could say I'm addicted to SR. I'm certainly on here enough. I honestly like being here. It helps me get thru the day and it gives me something positive to do: helping others as I was once helped.

When I used to be drinking my shots of Vodka and water - I know, gag! I now spend laying in bed interacting on here. Feels good too.
