Alpha said it, google kindling. Never heard of it before but it's scared the bejesus out of me. I am day 5, 3 was tough but the achievement over getting over this hurdle gives me more pleasure than that drink.

During the latter part of my drinking, I noticed that the "hangovers" had morphed into something I hadn't been experiencing before. Hours of hangover misery turned into 3 plus days of inexplicable anxiety, heart pounding, shaking, nausea, gastro upset, etc. etc.
Because they had become.......withdrawals.

If you know day three is the trouble spot - prepare, prepare prepare CK....have a plan, have support, reach out, use it.
It's 24 hours - break it up into 96 bits if you have too - but you can get to day 4 - I know it
