Amazing

Amazing how my health has already improved in just 4 full days of no alcohol in it. My blood pressure went from 145/90. to 122/83 yesterday and today it is 116/76.. time to turn in shortly with Day # 4 going down. I had a great day today. I was laughing at things my hubby was doing and even my little dog. I haven't laughed like that in a long time. I love this sense of peace most of all. Why didn't I get this "different" attitude about drinking years ago?
