1 Week!!
I've made it through the week! Thanks for everyone that prayed or well wished my anxiety the other day on my thread before work. IT WORKED. We were overstaffed and I got to sit and review case files. Then late in the evening when I started having a little bit of anxiety, they said a few of us could leave since the census was down, so I got to leave early and get some much needed sleep. Anxiety is coming and going but is nowhere near where is was on Day 1 and I have to keep reminding myself that. On call tonight for work so I'm spending the day catching up on things and I'm actually going to take my two small ones on a 3 mile walk to the park. Never would have done this a week ago. Used to drive them LOL I want to feel good all around and I know I need to exercise more and that in itself will improve my anxiety as well. Thanks everyone for the support. For the first time in over 10 years I finally feel like I may have a hold on this. I'm not getting any younger and I'm tired of living like this and living a lie to everyone around me. Thank you again everyone!

Thank you everyone! Just got back from our walk. Feels great! Although I may not look entirely too out of shape, holy cow can I feel it!!! I feel so good, that long walk really gave me an endorphin push that I needed to get through the day.
