Pleased today is over. It started out pretty good but at work this afternoon started feeling ill, odd pains in what I think must be my liver ( maybe I'm being paranoid) also a headache. Went to first AA meeting straight from work, it felt a little odd as I'm not great with groups of people especially sober and it felt like all eyes were on me. Felt more comfortable chatting one on one on the smoke break, I am going to go again tho as i can't see it will hurt and will more than likely help.

Home now watching some tv in bed with a juice, do have a slightly gripey tum and I'm a little bloated... Is this normal?

Likely very normal. I'm on day 2 as well, but I've probably been here a hundred times. I can't sleep yet so my day 2 will be a little longer. You might think about the doctor if the odd pains continue.

I agree. See your doctor if you start feeling worse. Withdrawal can be dangerous so get medical attention if you start feeling worse.
