Day1 ....again!!! Rats.

Back again. Day1. I don't know what to do except keep hacking away at it. Going to my regular 9 AM meeting....

It may be day 1 sober, but it's not the first day of your effort.

I'm struggling with the boredom/depression stuff too. Tried some meds, then decided they weren't working so I'm going to I guess try some others. Are you trying anything on that front?

Pamel try to hang on as you probably know it's well worth it. I was in that boat for 2+ years and they said keep coming and BFTGOG I did and got to about 2 meetings a day at times. Finally being sick and tired of being sick and tired I heard what I needed to hear for me: If I don't pick up the first drink I don't have to get sober AGAIN. It worked! And 30+ years later it still is.

Sorry you are struggling, but proud of you for going to your meeting. Keep at it, it's worth the struggle in the end to be healthy and free of this demon!
