Many of us have had many day ones. In a sense, today is day one for all of us - some of us have managed to string together several day ones in a row. Every day we face opportunities to pick up. What can you do or not do to get through today?

Day 1 for me too (again) but I feel like I learned a few things (in the form of what not to do) about staying sober over the weekend.

Now that we know what some of our traps are perhaps we can avoid them going forward.
