Is there a chat room for spouses?
Good morning all!
I was wondering if any of you know of a place like this, except focused on the spouse. I think my husband would like to have a place to go. He is determined to help me through this, but he says that he gets confused about how to respond to me. He wants to be supportive but not demanding or controlling. Any suggestions?

I don't have any suggestions for other sites...maybe someone else will come along that does.

SMART Recovery has online meetings twice weekly for friends and family. It is a little different than 12 step programs. It is a nice option. I have attended a few of the general chat meetings and folks were very friendly and helpful.
