I never want to do this to my family again
When I came on the site last night, I was drunk and desperate. I screamed at my husband in front of my kids so loudly and said so many awful, hateful things. I'm sure the neighbors heard me. He forgave me again. I need to stop. Thanks everyone for the help last night. I didn't go to the ER, but will talk to my doctor today. I don't really want to go in, but I guess I'll have to. My husband works all weekend, and the thought of being alone with the kids is filling me with anxiety. This is coming out all jumbled, but t that's how my brain feels.

Like others said yesterday - do whatever it takes.
Think about your plans after detox too - have you any ideas on what you'll do for your recovery after that?
