Through the night and on to Day 2!
Ok, so here's how my first night went. About 5pm I started to get the craving, so I decided instead to take a brisk walk. (We don't have any liquor in the house, but I'm of the nature that I COULD go to the store quick). Exercise worked really well, I must say. Got past the initial urge. Came home, drank some juice, hung out.
Bed time.......well I did have some insomnia. Tossed and turned (and sweat a lot) for some time, before falling into a deep, deep sleep of which I have not known in a while. Woke up this morning feeling refreshed, and actually pleasantly I like myself a little today.
I know there is more detox to come, but for now, RIGHT NOW, I'm enjoying thinking "BRING IT ON!" I am determined to beat this thing!
