One very happy sober week today

Last month I quit for 26 wonderful days. Slipped. Slipped again.

Got on the Slip and Slide and rode it right out of the backyard into the alley.

Got my beautiful shakeup wakeup call a week ago.

I'm done. Forever.

Finally took my BP after last weeks reading was 162/102. (Yowza)

Today it's 115/79

Heart rate last week 99-103

Today 62

My God -what the hell was I doing to myself.
