Im bending tonight, but i may break tomorrow

I cut up the debit card but the banks open tomorrow. Tomorrow is day 3, aka day hell. I don't even know if sobriety is what I want anymore. Help

beware of broken people, for they know how to survive

If you didn't want it you wouldn't be here asking for help now, would you? You made day one and day 2, tomorrow doesn't need to be any different.

Its your addiction telling you that you dont want it, you can ride above it and fight through these first few days. It wont always feel like this, and it will get better. Stick with it, you may surprise yourself.

Your addiction will feed you a lot of lies.

Use all the support you have - find more support if you need it.

You can do this

We all have our parts to play. Sometimes I feel the only way out is death. I heard about two people that od'd last weekend down the street. At first I thought it was sad but then I realized they went peacefully and can no longer be a slave to this.

If you ever are seriously feeling that way - there's a lot of support in this link.

There's a lot of places to get support and help, eastbound.

Persevere easty,

Sobriety can be painful but i've learned better ways to deal with it than using / drinking .

It is worthwhile ,

I'm not a slave to getting out of it , nor do i have to do anything wearisome to keep sober , the few small things i do are a pleasure .

Deep down inside i always knew i needed to be clean and sober but i fought it for quite a while , once i accepted it things became easier .
