Oh I recall being a real mess emotionally MTN. I had a friend who would just bawl whenever he spoke at meetings. I remember trying not to be judgmental but wondering how he could sit there and cry like that.
Up until the day it happened to me. I was sitting there in a meeting when out of nowhere I just wept. At first I tried to hide it but that was not possible. After a few minutes I accepted there was nothing I could or should do about it. Nobody mentioned it. I would have probably been mortified.
I cried randomly at stuff on the tv or at songs I revisited sober.
Things are much more level emotionally now. I think I needed those days to start healing though. You'll get through. Just take it easy on those snails!
