Gonna Do an Early
Day 16 Check in .. Work kicked my butt; so back is spasming .Not to mention my tooth. Therefor I had to take my meds and am not sure how long I will be awake :p But yay 16 
One more and I am back to where I was before my downfall ..Been trying to keep busy reading since It is pouring here so couldn't walk .. Picked up some ebooks on sobriety & Buddhism as well .. So trying to focus there. wanted to work on my PC today but not sure I am in the right frame of mind for that ... YaY 16 though

Thanx Guys\Girls .. I am doing this plain and simple .. I have no choice really; fed up w\ the not dealing and running feom life.The books have helped some .. Some more then others actually ... Wish I could NB; just so I don't have to monitor the basement for floods 
Sadly though at the Doc; I found out I lost 14 pounds .. I guess between stress and my recent tooth problem I have not been eating the way I should or for that matter normally do .. Not sure things are looking up for me yet either; but again I am sober & plan\hope to stay that way .. Running is getting so tiresome ..
