Monday mornings used to be the most horrible, anxiety filled depressing day of the week after being drunk for 3 days straight. Now I can look back at a great weekend (that I actually remember) and be excited for the week ahead. Thats all I got, happy to be here sober! Have a great week all!

I was usually so hungover on Monday, that I would feel like crap until like 3pm or even later sometimes. And I couldn't agree more about how great it is to actually remember the weekend!

Well, I still dislike Monday's, but now I can tackle them with a clear head. It makes it so much easier.

Its so much better isn't it? I dont miss that anxiety and panic in the least. Its what keeps me sober, the memories of the crippling anxiety and dread I always felt.

I won't say I'm excited about Mondays still, but they're SOOO much better when not sitting in my chair sweating because I'm trying not to puke.
