One year amazing. I cant even fathom a year my best effort is my 28 days.

Now i am trying for that first week again.

Wow....what a great way to start my day....thanks Munch

I remember deciding to stop moderating and quit all alcohol on summer solstice of 2012. It truly seemed like the longest day of the year to me......LOL.! A year later, I've enjoyed four sober seasons I know today, what I knew a year ago....I was DONE with alcohol. This year has been filled with self discovery, empathy, listening and learning. Sobriety has returned to me the joy of ordinary living....with all it's ups and downs.

SR is a part of me. I love the exchange of support, love, information and wisdom.

gorc, Well done to you too.....you will make it, a week is an accomplishment....so is a week and one day....keep stringing them together
