Day 4, hope to add one more:)

Have to say nice to wake up without a hangover. Would love to hear some things you accomplished after sobriety. Want my life back!

Well, my main accomplishment is finding peace in my life. I never thought I would achieve that.

When I was drinking, I was very depressed and really didn't care about myself at all. I have made a complete turnaround in recovery and I have so much to be grateful for.

My biggest positive change was waking up feeling good and no longer hating myself all the time. Now I'm happy with who I am and can accept myself, flaws and all.

I only have 21 days sober but I feel a lot calmer and able to think through things, not just react with "I need a drink!" So I have learned how to really analyze stuff in a deeper way, and I hope this will get better with time.

Thanks all, good to hear there will be peace cuz just had a "moment". Mood swings suck!! At this point not hard to surpass wanting a drink, just upset it has to be this way in the first place.
