Hi everyone. So I have made the choice to be sober. Its about time. I am so exhausted. My friends and family will never understand how tiring it is to hide alcohol, to worry about the next drink. My dad lost his life to this disease. I refuse to let my story end like that. And so it begins...

Im on day one too, my friends and family are slowly giving up on me so I have to change. Good luck and keep posting here.
