need encouragement
hey Riky
my advice is to look at what you've been doing for your recovery - then think about what you need to add - is it more support, do you need to make more lifestyle changes?
don't leave any stone unturned.
You can lead a sober life just like anyone else here - if you work out what you need to make that happen

Trikyriky, feeling like crap won't help your sobriety.
You can do this, you just stumbled. It hurts but game is not over.
As Dee said - revise your sobriety plan.
As far as I understand you felt very lonely during this long weekend. Look deeper into your soul and find a good man inside - yourself. The person who will never feel lonely and abandoned because doesn't feel that way. Give yourself some love even though you don't feel like this right now, maybe. Self-hatred leads nowhere.
Got up and move forward.
You have all our support.
Take care.

Today is a new day. So is tomorrow. You can do this.
I really couldn't start to string sober days together until I started talking to other humans and I got some good medical/spiritual advice. Only then could I put together a plan to leap into sobriety. Granted, I haven't been sober for long ... but so far so good.
Thank you for posting.

But you say you are getting better. You can't get to the point of "Got it" until you Get better and that's where you're heading. Keep positive and keep praying.
