silly question
I may be oversimplifying this a bit but basically it's a group you attend weekly and sign up for service work. Things like being a greeter, making the coffee, getting there early to help set up the meeting (like setting up chairs or putting them away afterwards), signing up to chair meetings, attending business meetings, etc. In other words getting involved in the group more than just attending the meeting. I'm sure some others may be able to explain it better and in more detail.
