Words of wisdom! Well No.

However, I looked for what works for me and I kept doing it every day and after 8 years I still do those basic things + more of course. End result freedom choices and a good life.

I stay clean a day at a time, go to meetings practice a prgram on a physical mental and spritual level. Spiritual not religous and spritual means action for me.
