Using your blog as a recovery tool

Hi newcomers to recovery
I just wanted to make a post regarding using your blog to your advantage. I like to copy and paste my main posts about my progress over to my blog. When i am having a "bad day" or need a "pick me up" i like to go back to my day 1 post and read about my progress from that day forward.
Its surprising how much your thoughts change as you adapt to the new life of Sobriety. Its unbelievable how your confidence levels increase and how you see life from a different (better) perspective. Hope this little tip helps someone with their recovery. Thanks and have a great day

I like that you brought this up... I do this and didn't even think of it as a tool. But it is something that really has helped me.

Lots of people do blogs, diary, journal or what ever you call it to help their thoughts or problems.
