Les miserables

From the time I awoke this morning to the early afternoon, I was unbelievably cranky. You could say I was pissed off.. but I had no reason to be.
I was beside myself in a I went to the gym, jogged 2 miles on the treadmill, swam a few laps in the pool, sat in the sauna for 20 mins.

I feel much better.

Good stuff - them mood swings do hit all of us

I was in a terrible one last week - woke up feeling like hungover and was a miserable sod all day !

Just see them through - tomorrow will be good and mine are getting less frequent now :-)

Thanks Rainy...
I really don't want to be a cranky curmudgeon...good to know it's temporary.
