crazy 2 days but holding steady...
well the last 2 days have been crazy around here for me, first sunday i was having panic attacks all day and i hate feeling that way. today is another story, first the toilet is messed up and leaking. there is water leaking in the kitchen ceiling too, and i am trying to stay calm through all of this. i cant see any doctor for my panic attacks, thursday is the earliest i can get in. no idea when the landlord will bother to come here and fix anything. he is a slum lord and i dont understand why people have to act this way. anywho, i am trying to remain calm through all of this, i am doing a pretty good job since normally i would be in a fit of rage.

Stay focused on just staying sober. I know exactly how you feel tho. There have been so so many times that when I made the desision to stop, all kinds of crazy stuff (more then usual) would crop up and threaten my newfound decision. A lot of times I've caved . But I'm learning its going to happen, if I'm sober or not. And I'm finally learning to let it go................ its been a very long process getting there tho. Good for you for not letting it get u down! And congrats on day 2.
