sleepless in mass

We never worry about sleep when we are pickled.

My ability to sleep naturally is starting to come back. it's been 6 days now, so the restlessness doesn't last forever, hang in there. I found valerian root to be helpful those first few nights.

"Why are you standing in hamburgers, dog? those are not shoes, they are food. Dogs don't even wear shoes, you're being silly."

Yeah the first days are ROUGH with Insomnia and all... I've had trouble sleeping for as long as I can remember, so it just goes into overdrive when I try to quit alcohol.

But I'm 10 days sober, and man... when the sleep starts to come back, it comes back with interest. I have felt pretty good these last couple days. Stay strong for the first week, and it definitely starts to get better! Good luck!
