Day 1 again :)

So I had one glass of champagne yesterday and though I did not get drunk, I did compromise my sobriety and so I've decided to start again.

I recently got a Blackberry and sometimes the phone just hangs! Most support forums advise to yank the battery out to reset it and get it working at optimum levels again; a simple switch off and on usually does not work. That made me think a lot about my sobriety: in order for me to get and remain sober I need to yank many many things out of my life so as to return to operating at optimal speed; a simple switch off and back on won't work.

I am now more committed to plan my whole life around my sobriety.

I spent the morning at a senior's home, haven't been there in a while (you can guess why) and spent the afternoon completing my long overdue master's dissertation. Looking forward to an AA meeting this evening and a night of rest....

Sounds good. afa as the Blackberry goes just employ the ultimate IT fix. A heavy sledge hammer and a concrete floor will guarantee instant results.

Yup. It can be very liberating. Just don't blame me for the results.
