Day 8

Well, it's day 8. I'm feeling good. Last night I was craving a drink something bad, but I didn't give in. So far I'm doing well today. I was out in the yard a little bit. The weather is really nice today. Sunny and in the 60's. I think it's time to get my bike out. It's starting to feel like spring!!

Wonderful job, Top. It is a good idea to distract yourself early on - the bike sounds like a great way to do it. Those cravings will ease up as you go along. Glad to hear you're doing well - it'll keep getting better.

Well I'm off to bed. I stayed up latter than I had wanted to. I was playing a game on my phone. Well I didn't have anything to drink today! WooHoo! I did have a craving for a drink, but I let it pass. Ill check in tomorrow.
