Praying you too are successful in sobriety (without the aid of SR, I personally would not have made it this far - 2 months). When I joined in February, I read in one post "make sobriety your priority" I took that advice and planned my life around it. Its still very early days of course and I have a long way to go, but I wanted to share with you my experience, to send you hope. Welcome and we are all here to support and listen.

Welcome to SR! This is a really great place to vent, learn from others, and get support!
It is a HUGE step to decide to quit and it is a step you will NEVER regret. Remember, no matter how sick you might feel this next week, that you will only have to go through this once if you stick it out and never use again!
The summers coming and the weather is getting nice out...this is the perfect time to start a whole new journey in your life!
You can do this, we are all behind you and going through the same struggles!

Thank you for your fast support and wishes
I just showed my wife that I joined up. I know she is pleased and will support me 100%. First thing first, get dry.. then start to learn to love myself again.. Then I can love others around me more.
I'll try and check in daily. I think that will help me.
