Sober today. I just returned from Easter at a relative's home. I was offered a beer but asked for a Diet soda instead (only one person in my family realizes I'm a binge drinker). Went to his special "beer" refrigerator in his garage to get a Diet Pepsi and it was filled with beer. His refrigerator reminded me of the mini-bar fridge in the movie "Flight". But as I opened the door and searched for and grabbed the Diet Pepsi I had no temptation to grab drink.
But yesterday was a different story as I spent about a couple of hours thinking about drinking. Again, no real temptation--rather I found myself thinking how enjoyable it would be to spend a few hours in a decent bar drinking a few beers and chatting with the other patrons. It passed and I moved on.

Im very happy to be 112 days sober this Easter, had a great picnic yesterday with all the grandkids and was great the didn't seem me with a drink in my hand. Instead I had a mitt in hand played a little catch.
