No matey. I work 12 hour shifts sat and sun. Just finishedvand straight to bed. Day 1 out the way

had lots of triggers last night to get drunk. its good to recognise these and learn a little

And not 7 days sober i must say. But 7 days since i realised i need to stop this. I refuse to give in

Bing bang and the next part of the plan is coming together. No more shift work. Early to kip. Ready for it all

Ignore my ramblings people but i find it help me about what im trying to do.

so here we are. my ideas to stop are actually working out in my favour. starting working dayshifts now so need to sleep early and without beer. missus in charge of finaces and fully aware im a **** head.
so lets see shall we
love the feeling of normal sleep and mountain biking but find it so easy to slip back into old habits
