If you were picking up the phone to call your doctor, try again! Can somebody get you to the doctor?

pickn up is a short term solution. The with draw will most likely get worse depending on your use. When you get off work you just have to ride it out the day is almost over at this point. try and find a meeting and suck it up and go. Me personally I would go to any lengths to get drugs now its time to do the same for sobriety. there are people that know what you are going through. Hope you get this and its not too late already. Just try again if it is

I have no experience to offer but can you get some support near where you live? Like Bob said, NA? or any other drug agencies in your area? Even if you just phone the NA helpline they may be able to offer you some support or advice on what you should do. Thinking of you x
