It's really pretty simple--just pick a forum that suits your interest (alcoholism, substance abuse, friends and family, etc.), and start reading the threads. Unless you have your settings different, the most recent threads with posts are at the top of the forum.

If you find an interesting thread where you want to add something, I suggest you take a look at how old the thread is. Some people post giving advice to someone who asked a question five years ago--doubtful the OP is still around to read a response.

Just click around and find what you're looking for.

Thanks, guys. I'm getting a feeling for it and thanks for the calendar date advice. I wouldn't have thought of that.
