Thanks for making me feel welcome it really means a lot to me. I am usually very shy but I think that with this being online and not face to face will help me a lot. I am struggling not to use. It is in my face and I really want it but I know that if I just say no for now. It will turn into some time clean

Posting here actually helped me get the strength to work on my addiction face to face. I'm also very shy.
