hey - just introducing myself
Hi guys,
I've been lurking here on and off for a few weeks and thought I may as well introduce myself.
I'm a few days sober and really haven't had any long runs of success as of yet, so I thought I'd follow your examples a try a little human contact.
This counts as human contact, right?
Just starting to get the first real signs of spring here in the Appalachian foothills, BTW. Looks like we might make it through the winter after all.
Looking forward to meeting some cool people - see you around!

Congratulations on your sober days. It helped me so much to be here in the beginning - I had felt all alone before I found SR. Hoping to hear more from you.

Maybe join the class of February if you are looking for ongoing support from people who have quit at the same time as you. Glad to have you with us

I'll check out that monthly class deal, neat idea. As far as a plan, my focuses are on building some new connections in recovery and elsewhere, staying busy and having some short term goals to focus on.
