Thank goodness I'm sober...
that's all I can say...

things have been tough lately with all the things life has thrown at me... but I'm still sober ... nearly 7 months now...

I spoke to my psychiatric nurse today and she said she thinks I'd be dead by now if I'd carried on drinking as I was so impulsive and was putting myself in incredibly dangerous and risky situations after drinking too much... I think she was right.. it's a sobering thought.

Way to go on 7 months. something to be very proud of! Its crazy look back on all the stuff we did & never once thought through to the end results.
