Top tips?
I've heard all sorts of stuff and fluff about how to help your body recover along with your mind... from probiotics and multivitamins to fasting and (my least favorite suggestion) coffee enemas (how did anyone even discover that?).
So, come on SRers! Any top tips? No funny business!

The best thing I found was common sense Ro - eat well, rest as much as you need...build up to a little light exercise...and have the patience to let time do its thing
Our body and mind are great recuperaters...personally I'm not convinced there's anything that can substantively speed up that process...
I did take a multivitamin tho - I think I needed it after years of sporadic and indifferent eating.
