What do i do????
i am early in recovery (less than 1 yr) and i met a girl i really like and we get on well but i think she wants a rship but i cant do that because my head is 2 all ova the place!! i also dnt want to put her off me cos i think wen im more settled in recovry i would like this maybe 2 happen. how do i explain this without puttin her off or offending? how do i explain how crazy my head is in early recov w/out seemin weird or that im making an excuse??

I'm absolutely the last person who should be giving relationship advice but here's what I think you should do... 
Maybe go for coffee with her and don't take it too seriously. It doesn't have to mess with your head if it's just coffee right? If she's keen and you really can't right now just tell her you think she's wonderful but you have some stuff going on and you can't get involved right now but you'd love to be friends... I don't think you need to explain how crazy your head is. Most people probably won't understand unless they've been there. Just be nice and don't panic
