Making the first step towards recovery...

I have just signed up to SR... cannot take this wicked cycle of addiction and split personality anymore. Whose in the same boat?

I'm in the boat but I'm in the wheelhouse now. I've got control of the steering wheel but I rely on several guidance systems.
