Just woke up from a wonderful night out with the family last night and aside from being a little sleepy and a slight headache....im doing great....this is what life should be about....we took the kids to a play and we actually sat up and watched TV til about 2am....only this time....I can remember what we were watching and I didnt have to wake up wondering what my GF is pissed off at me about....the only thing that stinks is waking up after a drunk dream....I wish these never occurred and hope they stop one day....I woke up in the middle of the night almost in tears actually believing that I blew it....what a nightmare and I am sure others have woke up in tears as well....anyway....once I realized I was in my bed I breathed a sigh of relief and went back to sleep....ok well this ends my morning thoughts.....Good Morning All and have a great sober Sunday!!

Congrats on day 18 you are doing great!

yeah I don't care for the drinking dreams, but it is quite common for peeople to dream of this after they quit. I always wake up in a panic for a minute.

Bob no ive only been to about 2 meetings since I started I really need to get my a** back to the rooms ASAP.....im thankful to god for one sober friend ive made here on SR we keep in touch daily to help with keeping each other in check which helps.
