I agree this place is SALVATION for alot of us. It helped in the past for me even though I wasn't strong enough then. I think I'm strong enough now.

There is no "try", there is only "do". - Let's make this the year we do it instead of trying to do it and repeating old patterns. Sobriety is for those who go after it, not just those who want it. Take action. Tell others what is going on. Ask for help. Be there for the people who need you. It is worth it.

Welcome to the new year! Sobriety is possible as many here can attest. No matter how bad things have gotten they will start to get better once drugs and alcohol have been removed.

Take it a day at a time and be willing to do what needs to be done. Many have done it and you can to!!!!

Welcome! THis place has instrumental in keeping me sober. I read posts everyday..makes me realize I am not alone on this journey..It has done more for my sobriety than anything else.
