Today marks two weeks sober for me. That's 336 hours and 20,160 minutes however you want to count it but I feel really good. Woke up early and did my kettle bell workout and still have a couple hours to enjoy breakfast before work. My skin has cleared up and my sleep has improved dramatically. Very happy but still vigilant as I know how sneaky the AV can be.

Maybe a little off topic, but I saw kettle bells last night at the store (I had not seen them before...at least that's what I think they are called. Weight balls with a triangle on top?) What kind of workout did you do starting out with them? If you would rather not explain here, feel free to PM me.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. @Kevah I do a workout DVD for Kettlebells by a guy named Skoggs. Google Skoggs and kettle bell and it will show you. It's a great workout and only takes up about 20 minutes of your time. I do that in the morning and walk a couple miles in the evening with the wife.
