Allow me to Introduce Myself

I got the Welcome email. Joined yesterday. Sober one week off opiates. I'm an old soul trapped in the body of a 27 year old. I believe in higher powers. Everything is everything. Loose the thing you are trying to find.

I believe in the idea of old souls and was told by a very interesting dude in New Orleans that I am one. I was 21 at the time and had always felt I was wise beyond my years in many ways that I didn't understand why. I've met one other person so far whom I believe to also be an old soul and that's it in 19 years.

Needless to say, I look forward to your posts.

Oh, and I wish my old soul would have given me the wisdom to recognize this disease earlier but I guess I wasn't wise enough beyond my years on the front. Lol!

Welcome! I have 4 days clean off heroin / opiates myself. 5 years off of alcohol. You can do it. This is a great place to find support. Glad you joined us.
