Aussie from Adelaide....only day 3 for me but I can't control myself so its death or never drinking again.....pretty easy choice really....just have to avoid and curb the urges..

Day 2 for us Southern Hemisphere lot. Day three coming up for you!
I hope you made it!!
Did an hour of the Xercise and I am now going for a long walk with the dog.
Evil thought of going out to have just a few red wines bashed on the head.

We will all feel great in two or three more days. LOTS of water. Lots of lemon juice in the water.
