Hypnosis?
Has anyone used self hypnosis? Not necessarily only for drug/alcohol abuse but for anything... If so how did it work for you? I'm currently using it for insomnia and it seems to be helping. Just asking for insight. Thanks

Yes.. Self-hypnosis or auto-hypnosis. A self induced state that is open to self suggestion. Like meditation. Auto-suggestion is pre recorded hypnosis which either or I'm curious if anyone has used and been successful in doing so...
