FaceItandFixIt & Katrinka have 10 months! Can I get a woot woot?
My Soberlicious classmates have blazed the sober trail for the rest of us. Inspiring, teaching, encouraging.
Having accountability & support within our class has kept us strong.
I encourage newcomers to join the Oct or Nov class so you have comrades to help you along the journey. Others that understand the different phases of recovery, you're experiencing. It really does make a difference & you make some awesome friends, too.
Lets give a hand for these lovely ladies!

You can get a 'Braaapppp braaaap' which is like the UK urban equivalent to 'Woot woot'. It's supposed to resemble a gun noise. It doesn't but gets used as a way of saying 'I approve of this'.

Awww, PCL you are a sweetheart and an amazing inspiration yourself! Thanks for the shout out
Ten months feels absolutely wonderful. I have changed in so many ways, feel much stronger and saner today and can say with conviction that I shall never go back to alcohell again.
For the newcomers:
There is a life out there on the horizon that is so, so much better and it's yours for the taking! Don't ever give up. It truly does get easier as you go along. Just take it one day at a time...
Love to all my SR Family xo

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! That is such a remarkable accomplishment, you are all an inspiration to those of us that are newcomers. I am on Day 21, and 10 months seems like a lifetime from now, I will take your advice of one day at a time.

10 months is not long in a lifetime of addiction but it seems like an eternity when you're struggling to escape alcohols grip.
They've fought hard against that relentless beast & I am so proud of all who fight against addiction & share their wisdom, struggles, strength & encouragement with others.
It is awesome to have a place like this
